Recording day to day financial transactions and categorizing it in an organized format so you will have a clear picture of how your business is operating and make tax time operate quickly and smoothly.
Payroll Service
Expertly submit weekly or biweekly payroll for employees including automated tax and forms, maintain W9 vendors and generate 1099's at year end.
Financial Statements
Prepare and send financial statements, including a profit and loss and balance statement, each month. Included in monthly bookkeeping package.
Accounts Payable / Receivable
Certain aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable are handled by request. Including, invoicing and bill pay.
Partner
Communicate to your CPA during tax time or more frequently upon request. Financial reports will be sent over accordingly.
Ongoing Support
I am available to answer questions and be of any assistance to you during normal business hours.
